The Bosque Village may be an ideal setting to take your group or organization for a retreat. Our cabanas or group camping can house from 3 to 60 people, allowing your group of any size to enjoy the forest and the facilities we offer.
Whatever the goals or needs of your group, we can support you and help you have a fulfilling group experience.
Rates
If your group is 10+, please ask about our group rates. For groups under 10, the cost is the same as our per person rate.
Food
We will provide three vegetarian meals a day for your entire group. Please let us know if anyone in your group has food allergies or sensitivities that our kitchen needs to be aware of. We can take basic dietary restrictions into account, but participants with very specific food needs may need to bring along their own foods.
Privacy
If you want to rent the entire Bosque Village for your group retreat, please book well in advance. Our space is large enough to accommodate many groups at the same time, but if you prefer a completely private setting we offer the option to reserve the grounds for your retreat.
Plan Ahead
Please plan well in advance for your group retreat to maximize your experience. Know what you will need from us, and let us know ahead of time so we can be prepared for you. Identify group leaders who can share responsibility of helping all group members enjoy their time retreating.
Application Form
One person from your group must fill out the application form to reserve your place at the Bosque. This person should be your group's coordinator, and will take the responsibility to inform all members of the group about the rules and packing list. All group members should be aware of our rustic and rural location. It may behoove your group to have a separate application form for every member to fill out that details information about your group retreat and information about the Bosque Village.
Group Coordinator Information
We invite your group's coordinator to enjoy a free night at the Bosque Village prior to your retreat to get in tune with the spaces we provide. In the event that this is not possible, we ask the group coordinator to arrive at least three hours ahead of the rest of the group in order to meet with us and get a tour before the retreat begins.
